Yesterday local celebrity Sammy was photographed sportin a hat done by the amazing Ms. Carlee Wolcott. The mistress behind Noxenlux, unique hats for any style. Sammy shows his unique style here in a small teardrop shape peacock feather diddy, and a lot of sass if I don’t say so myself. I don’t think I’ve ever seen panda more proud.
