That’s right y’all the new I heart Renton tee’s are here. Hot off the press, I literally just opened the box and boom! They have started to sell.

After 3 years of I heart Renton Success, and many request for multiple designs, it was decided it was time to retire the classic white ringer tee for a classic black tee. If you haven’t gotten the classic ringer tee yet, don’t worry there are still a couple left. But hurry because once they’re gone, they’re gone.

DTR’s own Black Anchor Clothing is awesome and got these tee’s here within a week of the order. So come by and show your love for Renton. Oh, and a special shout out to Jess for being the first to sport the new tee!

Oktoberfest Silent Auction Tonight!

Be sure to get down to the Whistle Stop tonight for their silent auction. This is a great event, all proceeds go to help their longtime bartender Fran raise money to help pay for all his medical bills. Not only has he had to take time off to deal with leukemia, now he, like many in his situation, are struggling to pay for the outrageous bills, that come along with the stress of being sick in the first place.

Happy Delusions is donating an “I heart Renton” tee, keychain, and button for the occasion.

Here’s a look at a few of the other things up for auction:
A mini Seahawks Helmet signed by Matt Hasselbeck
A Pilsner Urquell Humidor with 12 Rocky Patel Cigars. Nice!
A four hour cruise for four aboard the Whisper (a spectacular sailboat). Includes catered nibbles from the Food Guru LuAnne Wiles, and tasty wines courtesy of Vine Tales and Nancy Patterson! Sweet!
They have tons of great beer wear as well!
They also have special beer on tap, and if you buy a pint, all of the proceeds will go straight to FRAN!

Donkey Park Productions is having a viewing and sponsorship party tonight, Wednesday February 18th at Liberty Cafe. You might recognize Donkey Park Productions as being the masterminds behind “The Finger of God” series. They will be showing their newest installment which is the forth in the series at 7 tonight. Finger of God

For those of you who don’t know. Renton put on it’s first, of hopefully many, film festivals this past fall. The winner was a flick called “The Finger of God” by Sam Graydon and Bob Anderson. They have since started a whole you tube following and now have 3 parts the the series. I make my you tube debut in part 3. The 2 stars, Sam and Bob come into happy delusions to discover me selling the I heart Renton tee’s that they claim is their idea. So not true! But it’s nice to see so much support for our little wonderful town. So check it out! If you haven’t been in the shop you can see what it looks like and I look super cute, of course.
