Green Rhinestone and Peacock Heaven!
Everytime the fierce Carlee come’s in with more hats, I just go into playtime over here. She’s just Awesome. This new Green Rhinestone hate is just dreamy! This Victorian style hat has been blocked by hand and is covered in French ribbon, Ostrich features and loads of sparkly green rhinestone.
